		<description>There is no real specific timeframe for the shift from &quot;Web 1.0&quot; to &quot;Web 2.0&quot;, and some (including myself) feel that &quot;Web 2.0&quot; is still happening. I still think of the cumilitive effect of all the technology surviving the dot-bomb as a tipping point of sorts. The deflating economy started forcing everyone to evolve, and what was left was the framework for a new &quot;generation&quot; -- Web 2.0.</description>
