TinyMCE is one of the most popular and full-featured open source WYSIWYG editors.
Built on a massive library of JavaScript, many argue that TinyMCE is hands-down the best free WYSIWYG editor available.
TinyMCE is released under the LGPL by Moxiecode Systems AB.
I use TinyMCE in Kytoo and many other website scripts. It’s a very powerful piece of software and high on my list of recommended free WYSIWYG editors.
